This software is created by and for financial institutions as an automated way to control, manage, and view insights on consumer bookings. L6 is developed to be simple to use and requires minimal onboarding time for financial institutions. Key features include skills-based routing, outlook integration, kiosk or mobile check-in options, and a customizable website widget.
Pioneer FCU members can now schedule appointments from their account online at any time. The system automatically assigns members to a representative based on service needs and staff calendar availability. Automated reporting provides proactive engagement insights to inform future strategic operational decisions for Pioneer FCU.
