KSB and KSB SupremeServ North America announced today the launch of a new engineering services division strategically designed to meet the business growth demand. The new group includes application engineering, product development, digitization and automation, consultancy, spare parts, technical training, licenses, technical documentation, and warranty management. Part of the reorganization includes the current vice president of KSB SupremeServ North America, Jan Avramov, assuming the role of vice president of the new group that will support the KSB install base as well as the KSB SupremeServ service base and the promotion of John Mitchell to vice president of KSB SupremeServ North America.

The new group includes application engineering, product development, digitization and automation, consultancy, spare parts, technical training, licenses, technical documentation, and warranty management.
Part of the reorganization includes the current vice president of KSB SupremeServ North America, Jan Avramov, assuming the role of vice president of the new group that will support the KSB install base as well as the KSB SupremeServ service base and the promotion of John Mitchell to vice president of KSB SupremeServ North America.

Avramov will relocate to Richmond, Virginia, where the new engineering services will be based.
John Mitchell has been promoted to vice president of KSB SupremeServ. He will take over the North American regional leadership of its 12 networked service locations across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Mitchell is the former director of three KSB SupremeServ locations in Thomson, GA, Mulberry, FL, and Ft. McMurray, AB, and is a 25+ year veteran in the pump and pump service industry.
