Stiling oversees Nerdery's largest department and is responsible for growing technical and strategic delivery for clients, as well as shaping the company's direction as an organization. She also spearheads efforts within the company's People Operations (human resources) department to ensure more gender and ethnic diversity is integrated into the organization and the technology industry as a whole. Stiling holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Purdue, an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, and her Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law.
