Toby Fincher Promoted to ICS, Inc. Director of Operations
Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. today announced today Mr. Toby Fincher has been promoted to Director, Operations for Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS). In this capacity, Toby will lead all of Operations and Service Delivery for ICS.

Toby began his career as a technician performing systems and networking engineering, gaining years of invaluable technical experience that would later inform his ability to refine processes, lead teams and develop talent in the information technology industry.

Toby has served in multiple capacities at ICS through the years, beginning as a team lead on the DECC-M contract. Toby joined the corporate team in 2019 as the director of service delivery, serving alongside the vice president of operations to strengthen organizational culture and capture and analyze data to design and implement effective business strategies. His contributions have ensured that ICS continues to be both an exceptional business partner and sought-after employer. Toby is a certified Innovation Manager and a Project Management Professional.
