Grant Program Allocates More Than $200k to Provide Twenty-Six Courses for Internal Advancement and Skill Development
WESTBOROUGH, Mass., April 27, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Columbia Tech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coghlin Companies Inc. and provider of world-class capital equipment engineering and manufacturing services, announced that they have launched a two-year training program funded by a Workforce Training Fund grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. The grant program, administered by Commonwealth Corporation, will provide valuable skills training to more than 200 Caring Associates. The purposefully crafted course roster will benefit associates in all company areas and continue advancing their skill sets while bolstering Columbia Tech's competitiveness in delivering time-to-market engineering, manufacturing, and global fulfillment services."
