Co-founded by cousins Phil E. Sardelis and Phil G. Sardelis, Sardi's is known for its authentic Peruvian recipes and experiences. Sardi's now has 15 locations across three states, and the rebrand was intended to create consistency throughout the brand, communications, and stores.
To kick off the excitement of the rebrand, website, and flagship restaurant, Sardi's is hosting a Grand Opening event at the new Sardi's location in Clinton on Friday, May 19 from 11 AM to 3 PM. Sardi's Clinton features a revolutionized style with new colors, graphics, and signage. "Our aim was to provide the same genuine experience to all our customers at every location, along with modernizing our restaurants and our website. With our rebrand and our new website, we want customers to be able to easily navigate what we have to offer." Sardi's owner Phil E. Sardelis said.
Partnering with Ironmark, an omni-channel marketing solutions provider, Sardi's developed its rebrand while staying true to its original Peruvian roots. Website visitors can view menu items, specials, locations, careers, and company history, and easily purchase gift cards and place online orders.

Now, our goal is to bring consistency across our locations and update our brand.
