With less than 10 months to its official opening in February 2024, the modern 11-story, 265-room hotel is now contracting event reservations as early as April 2024.

We are looking forward to our February 2024 opening and are thrilled at the demand we've seen already for event reservations at Caesars Republic Scottsdale."
Caesars Republic Scottsdale will offer more than 20,000sf of event space. The hotel will cater to multiple markets including conferences, holiday parties, social gatherings, corporate mixers, and weddings, with the ability to host private events with up to 1,500 attendees.
The most highly anticipated event space is Camelback Veranda, a 3,800-square-foot patio located on the Hotel's 8th floor. The veranda will accommodate up to 200 guests for private events with breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain. "This venue space is so unique to the Scottsdale market," said Richard Huffman. "Our guests will rise above the city of Scottsdale in this elevated space and enjoy the veranda for multiple uses including corporate cocktail receptions, yoga & wellness events, nightlife, and of course, a premier ceremony and reception venue for our future brides and grooms."
In addition to its elevated Camelback Veranda, Caesars Republic Scottsdale boasts a 7,000-square-foot, column-free ballroom. Named after the founder of Rome, Romulus Ballroom will offer 20-foot ceilings and is divisible into four sections. As a unique feature, the ballroom also offers a 75-foot Arcadia glass door allowing groups to offer natural lighting to its attendees throughout their event. For group meals, attendees will walk seamlessly to the adjacent outdoor event space, Cleopatra, conveniently separated by a 34-foot sliding glass door. When combining both spaces, Caesars Republic Scottsdale can accommodate private events up to 1,500 attendees. For more intimate groups, the hotel will also offer eight additional meeting rooms. Each room can accommodate private meetings from 12 to 250 people in size.
