Rhoades & Morrow is pleased to announce that Joseph J. Rhoades, Esq. and Stephen T. Morrow, Esq. have been named to the 2023 Delaware Super Lawyers list.

Founder Joseph J. Rhoades, Esq. handles plaintiff personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases at the firm. A graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School, Joe previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Henry R. Horsey with the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware prior to his private practice. Joe currently serves as Chair of the State of Delaware Workers’ Compensation Oversight Panel and also serves as the Injured Workers’ Representative. In addition, he is Vice Chair of the State of Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Committee. He has been named to the Delaware Super Lawyers list each year since 2021.

Partner Stephen T. Morrow, Esq. focuses his practice on personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases. A graduate of the New England School of Law, Steve co-chairs the Legislative Continuing Education Committee of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, for which he previously served as President. He is also the former Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section and provides pro bono legal representation to children in the Delaware foster care system. This is Steve’s first year being selected to the Super Lawyers list.
