Prior to his role at Lampin, Keith held positions as Director of Supply Chain and Operations, Operations Manager, and Electrical Engineer at Dynisco Instruments. During his tenure at Dynisco, Keith consistently demonstrated his ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize production processes, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Keith implemented tools and protocols to improve purchasing decisions, inventory management, and compliance with external audits and quality management systems. Under his leadership, significant improvements were achieved, including a 27% increase in units shipped per hour, a 20% increase in units shipped per head per day, and an impressive 33% improvement in inventory turns.
