Arrow Plumbing is the 4th business in Harmonic's family of companies, joining Harmonic Heating & Air Conditioning, Harmonic Home Services, and Official Heating & Cooling to serve customers who reside in the North Shore, Northwest Suburbs, and Western Suburbs of Chicago.
Arrow Plumbing, headquartered in Libertyville, Illinois, serves customers in the surrounding towns including Lake Forrest, Lincolnshire, Vernon Hills, and others. The previous owners operated the business for 27 years and were ready to transition to the next chapter. Harmonic is excited to offer Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services to Arrow' Plumbing's existing customer base, and plumbing services to our existing HVAC clients who reside near Harmonic's Crystal Lake office.

Ken Stevens will be leading Arrow Plumbing as General Manager. Ken joined Harmonic Home Services as the lead plumber in 2022, after 8 years of operating and exiting a plumbing company that he founded in 2013. Ken achieved his plumbing license in 2008, and his cross-connection control device inspectors' license in 2013. Ken also completed 2 years of plumbing school at Associated Builders and Contractors.
