SAN DIEGO, July 7, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ellen M. Bronchetti, Michelle Graham, and Hazel Ocampo, shareholders with global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, were named to the San Diego Business Journal's "100 Women of Influence in Law" list for 2025.
In addition, Greenberg Traurig was named by the publication's independent research division to its annual Book of Lists: Law Firms, which ranks law firms by number of lawyers in local offices. The firm's San Diego location moved up from 79th to 42nd place, a substantial jump for an office that only launched in the market in early 2023 and that has enjoyed rapid growth since.
Bronchetti, who is co-managing shareholder of the San Diego office, handles a range of complex employment litigation — including single plaintiff and class actions alleging discrimination and wage and hour claims under state and federal law, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative claims, and trade secret misappropriation cases, among others — for well-known U.S. companies. She often works on cases that touch on novel issues of employment law. Bronchetti also represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and matters related to collective bargaining.
Graham advises U.S. and non-U.S. individuals on tax planning and estate planning matters, including strategies to minimize global taxation, and IRS compliance regarding foreign reporting. Her cross-border experience spans Latin America, Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. In addition, Graham advises on complex planning issues for family businesses, including structuring and implementing intrafamily sales, buy-sell agreements, and family business succession planning.
Ocampo is an environmental, natural resources, and land use lawyer, guiding clients through the intricacies of federal, state, and local regulations including California's Proposition 65, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Superfund, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the Endangered Species Act.
