360 Mortgage Group Hires Six New Wholesale Account Executives
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) August 05, 2013 -- 360 Mortgage Group (360 Mortgage), a privately-owned mortgage banker with a 100 percent focus on third-party origination, announced today the hiring of six new Wholesale Account Executives with more than 80 years of combined industry experience. Greg Ashcraft, Lael Fisz, Jeff Hoge, Evelina Escalante-King, John Knecht, and Mike Kuhn join 360 Mortgage with specific regional knowledge, and each will focus on servicing and growing 360 Mortgages’ mortgage broker network in their respective markets.

Evelina Escalante-King will report to Scott Brackett, Regional Manager for the West Region of the United States; Jeff Hoge will report to Gino Berchock, Regional Manager for the South East Region of the United States; and John Knecht, Lael Fisz, Greg Ashcraft, and Mike Kuhn will each report to Jeff Slain, Regional Manager for the Central Region of the United States. These five new Account Executives will work to build production throughout Tennessee, Nevada, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Ohio.
Greg Ashcraft
Greg Ashcraft joins 360 Mortgage with over 20 years of sales and mortgage experience. Most recently, Mr. Ashcraft worked for Emery Federal Credit Union as a Loan Officer. Previously, he spent 10 years as an Assistant Vice President/Regional Sales Manager at M&I Home Lending. In this role, Mr. Ashcraft established and developed wholesale mortgage broker relationships. Prior to this position, he worked as a Loan Officer at Blue Grass Mortgage, where he built a business based on realtor relationships for purchase mortgages. Mr. Ashcraft will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Ohio.
Lael Fisz
Lael Fisz is an accomplished sales professional with over nine years of overall sales experience, including six years of mortgage-related sales. During her career, Ms. Fisz has held Account Executive positions with CMG Mortgage, Interbank Mortgage, HLB Mortgage (a division of American Home Mortgage), Acoustic Home Loans, and Encore Credit. Ms. Fisz began her career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Dome Realty. Ms. Fisz will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Illinois.
Jeff Hoge
Jeff Hoge comes to 360 Mortgage with more than 18 years of mortgage and real estate experience, including sales and operations. Most recently, Mr. Hoge worked as a Mortgage Consultant for Tennessee Mortgage Connections, where he focused on Reverse, HECM, Rural Development, FHA, VA, and 203K mortgage products. Previously, Mr. Hoge spent 13 years as a Consultant, Loan Officer, and Finance professional at Pioneer, where he originated loans, bought and sold real estate, and built land as well as mobile and modular homes. Mr. Hoge will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Tennessee.
Evelina Escalante-King
Evelina Escalante-King joins 360 Mortgage with over 10 years of mortgage lending experience. Prior to joining 360 Mortgage, she worked for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, where she was responsible for counseling members on personal finances and credit to achieve home ownership. Previously, Ms. Escalante-King held Account Executive and Mortgage Consultant positions with Wells Fargo, Ryland Mortgage, Taylor, Bean and Whitaker and Countrywide Home Loans. Ms. Escalante-King will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Nevada.
John Knecht
John Knecht has spent the last 10 years of his career as a Branch Manager and Owner of American Portfolio Mortgage Company, where he hired, trained and mentored loan officers. Previously, Mr. Knecht held mortgage-related positions with Amerus Home Lending as an Account Executive, and Ambassador Mortgage where he served as a Licensed Loan Originator. Mr. Knecht will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Wisconsin.
Michael Kuhn
Michael Kuhn joins 360 Mortgage with more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to joining 360 Mortgage, Mr. Kuhn worked for Bankers Guarantee Title & Trust in a retail and wholesale capacity. Mr. Kuhn also has industry experience with Lender Processing Services as a Client Relations Manager, and he previously worked as a Wholesale Account Manager with First Franklin, CIT Group and Countrywide. Mr. Kuhn will be focusing on developing broker relationships in Central and Northern Ohio.
