3CLogic, a leading provider of cloud contact center software, today announced its platform was selected to modernize and support the sales operations for a rapidly expanding loan financing firm with operations throughout Canada.

The decision was driven by the organization’s desire to broadly improve the management and distribution of inbound leads to sales representatives, while enhancing marketing outbound efforts to drive increased contact rates and overall revenue.
With its recent acquisition of SugarCRM for lead and data management, the financing organization chose 3CLogic’s cloud platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), for its deep integration with Sugar and overall ability to drive greater efficiency and operational insights. The combined offering will include:

  • Automated and local presence dialing, integrated with SugarCRM, to increase total number of outreaches and answer rates per agent.

  • Automated SugarCRM lead screen-pop to facilitate lead identification for agents and allow for the personalization of every sales conversation.
  • Automatic synching of agent activities (ie: notes, call recording, call results, etc.) with SugarCRM to remove manual and administrative agent tasks while improving data entry and accuracy within Sugar.

The organization will also benefit from integrated reports and business intelligence with SugarCRM complimented by 3CLogic’s native analytics platform and real-time wallboards and dashboards.
