3D Results® has announced two new service offerings that will enable the leading SuccessFactors consulting and implementation partner to further support and drive success for their clients. With this expansion of 3D Results’ already-robust services, clients will now benefit from another implementation option that offers the quickest time-to-value, and a streamlined engagement for ongoing administrative support services.

Extending 3D Results’ proven Process on Purpose® implementation methodology, the firm has added PoP One, a rapid-deployment engagement option, to its portfolio. A PoP One engagement is built upon comprehensive Knowledge Transfer activities enabling the client to manage data, personalize the solution, and gain administrative expertise in an accelerated time frame. Unlike other RDS implementation frameworks, PoP One utilizes a unique approach to Knowledge Transfer and embeds powerful project accelerators to ensure success where others have failed.
Streamlining and expanding previous services for the ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and third-party integrations, 3D Results has announced tiered Managed Services options for organizations seeking to leverage 3D Results expertise beyond the typical implementation.  Options range from fully outsourced administration of the SuccessFactors application to 3D Results, to engaging with 3D Results admin experts in a coach and advise relationship, to 3D Results taking over the client tasks during an implementation. Whether optimizing clients’ SuccessFactors solutions or taking on the outsourced administration of their solutions, organizations can choose the fixed-cost level for the service they need.
