Expresso® 2.5 is available for purchase on the HIPAA Survival Guide Store as part of our HIPAA Compliance Subscription Plan. Expresso® is our software-as-a-service offering which embodies the NIST seven (7) step process for performing Risk Assessments and is now poised to save our customers hundreds of person hours by identifying when Breach Notification is triggered and gathering the requisite information necessary to Notify stakeholders under applicable Federal/State law.

Our Wizard contains a Jurisdictions table that enables you to quickly determine the Notification requirements of all U.S. States/Territories that may have been impacted by the Breach. It also performs the necessary "Notification math" that determines when HHS is notified, depending on how many patients were impacted across Jurisdictions and when "major media" is notified, depending on how many patients were impacted within a Jurisdiction.
