40 Years and Beyond: China Reform and Opening Up -- A CGTN America Town Hall Special
WASHINGTON, Dec. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- CGTN (China Global Television Network) will air a special Town Hall program on Wednesday, December 19 at 6PM ET.
The event, recorded at The George Washington University, marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up polices that were launched in December 1978.
CGTN anchor Anand Naidoo hosts a panel of China experts who explain why these policies were implemented and how they have transformed China over the last four decades. The discussion also centers on the global impact of China's reform and opening up policies. And, the program looks ahead as it examines the current and future challenges facing China.
