Prior to joining 800response in 2019, Jay was the CEO of Conduit Global, a $100m BPO with 4k employees in global contact centers and cloud hosted customer interaction solutions as a service (CCaaS) with a focus on an evolving consumer journey across industries. Before that, Jay was the Founder & CEO of several companies, including Voyport and RouteSource, and he served as a management consultant at Cap Gemini and was a member of the founding management at Primus Telecommunications Group. Jay also previously worked with MCI, now part of Verizon.
