88 Design Group Wins Top Recognition at Craft Beer Marketing Awards

LAWRENCE, Kan., June 22, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- 88 Design Group, Grandstand's creative agency, announced today that it won two Platinum Crushie trophies at the 2020 Craft Beer Marketing Awards (CBMA). The Platinum Crushie is the top award given by the CBMA in a category.

Picked from entries across the country, 88 Design Group was recognized as having the top projects submitted in the Best Logo Design / Unique and Best Merchandise Design / Most Creative Line categories.

For Best Logo Design / Unique, the agency submitted its work for LUKI Brewery, a soon-to-open brewery in Arvada, CO. LUKI's logo design was inspired by the owners' family history as Roaring 20's era circus performers.

Submitted for Best Merchandise Design / Most Creative Line was the Brewing Outfitters retail line developed for the 2019 Craft Brewers Conference. Inspired by premium outdoor lifestyle brands, Brewing Outfitters was a collaborative project between 88 Design Group and Grandstand. The unifying theme in the retail line was "Support Local Beer®."
