APG Cash Drawer Releases Stratis Integration Solution for Mobile and Tablet mPOS Environments

APG’s Stratis Integration System is designed for retailers who are installing mobile and/or thin tablet point of sale applications and wish to have a stylish, uncluttered and contemporary look at the Point of Sale. The Stratis Integration System, which successfully made its debut at the PGA Memorial Tournament, will be on display at the RetailNow convention, August 3rd–6th in Orlando, FL at booth #901.
The Stratis Integration System is being released as part of APG’s expanding suite of mobile solutions: NetPRO Ethernet Interface and BluePRO™ Bluetooth device for cash drawers. “APG offers solutions built to fit your mobile environment,” stated Bob Daugs, Director of Product Management. “Retailers are looking for Thinbility solutions (mobile + thin) and the dealers who offer these solutions stand to improve the customer experience and enhance their roles as expert consultants. The Stratis Integration System is a component based solution which consists of a tablet holder and cash drawer with built in cable management. This allows the retailer to hide a variety of peripheral power cables including the tablet’s USB charging cable. The Stratis cash drawer comes standard with a chrome strip on the rear of the drawer which faces the customer. Retailers can choose to add an optional LED strip to further add to the esthetics of the Integration System.
The adjustable clamping system allows for a variety of tablet sizes to be used. A hidden button releases the tablet converting it from a Thin POS station to a mobile solution in seconds. The magnetic base secures the Tablet Holder to the drawer for easy and secure placement. View the brochure here.
