Aerospace Metal Distributor Michlin Metals, Inc. Announces Move to New Office Space
Northbrook, IL (PRWEB) January 21, 2014 -- Michlin Metals, Inc. today announced their upcoming move into a new location February 3rd. Michlin Metals will still be located in Northbrook, IL, where they have been since 1984.
The decision to move to a larger space was based on Michlin Metals’ current growth, which also gives them room for future expansion.
“We needed a new space to accommodate our current business, as well as meet our needs for the future,” said Michael Bennett, Director of Business Development at Michlin Metals. “Having been at our old location for over 20 years, we felt it was best to invest in ourselves and move to a new location that will enable us to take our business to the next level.”
Michlin’s new space is not only bigger; it is also more modern, having been built 20 years after their previous space. “These improvements are a long time coming, and we see them as essential for us to take the next step for our business,” said Bennett.
The increased office space will allow Michlin Metals to add additional support people to best service their customers. “We feel confident that these changes will improve efficiency on our end,” said Bennett.
Michlin Metals has been a specialty stainless steel supplier and aerospace metal distributor for 30 years. Their goal is to simplify the customer's purchasing process by offering not only just the material but the material produced to their exact specifications, which may include heat treating, grinding, turning, or cutting to length. This allows the customer to purchase a finished product by issuing a single purchase order to one company such as Michlin Metals rather than having to issue multiple purchase orders.
