The announcement was made on Thursday, May 14th and was revealed for the first time ever via Zoom. Voting for the award took place in February and garnered almost 400,000 voters choosing among a pool of over 300 businesses. This award means more each year as participation in the award selection process continues to grow.

It was due to this importance that the team at The Thompson family of companies decided to continue with the event from a virtual meeting due to Covid-19.
