Richard Kellermeyer brings more than 20 years of engineering experience to BeSmartee, and serves as the company's Director of Engineering.
More than an experienced application architect and proven technology leader — with a long history of building teams and developing high quality technology products — Kellermeyer is also a developer advocate with a passion for empowering and encouraging his teams to thrive in a strong, supportive culture of creativity and innovation.

Before BeSmartee, Kellermeyer served as the engineering manager, technical lead at Roostify, where he oversaw the daily operations of multiple development teams. Throughout his career, he has written several provisional patents, led teams at eight startups and worked as a chef for fine dining restaurant groups.

In his new role, Kellermeyer is accountable for driving the company's technical and product strategies in support of the company's aggressive growth trajectory.
