ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 11, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, one of the country's fastest-growing real estate brokerages, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Guzzo as senior vice president of the company's western region hub in the Mid-Atlantic.

In her new role, Guzzo will be responsible for the growth and development of the company's western region hub. She will be headquartered in the company's branch office in Winchester, Va.

An 18-year industry veteran, Guzzo's real estate experience is deep and diverse, including stints in human resources, sales, operations, and management. As part of her commitment to serving the needs of the industry and community, Guzzo has also devoted time and energy to various volunteer efforts. She is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS' Women's Council and is a former member of the American Heart Association's executive leadership team where she was a past recipient of their "Unsung Hero" award.
