CartoFront, Inc. Completes Restructuring and Hires New CEO
Restructuring Led by Topping Capital, LLC and JOLA Capital Advisors, LLC
CHICAGO, Oct. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CartoFront, Inc., a Chicago-based real estate technology company, today announced it has completed a restructuring of the company. This restructuring included the replacement of its management team with a new team led by Jason Harris as the company's Chief Executive Officer.
CartoFront is a real estate technology company that offers a software-as-a-service product offering and platform that combines mapping technology and data aggregation tools to offer parcel-specific information and actionable data to various segments of the real estate value chain. Historically, the Company targeted commercial and residential real estate brokers. As part of its restructuring, CartoFront is updating its technology platform to expand its reach beyond brokerage into real estate investment and lending. CartoFront also sees opportunities in large real estate disaster-related opportunities, such as flood insurance.
