Charlotte Chefs Battle for The Perfect Bite to Support Charities
The exciting live cooking competition, hosted by Food & Beverage Social Club and Culinary Fight Club, is slated for April 4, 2023.
CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 30, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Five Charlotte chefs are competing in a Sip & Bite Battle on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, to benefit the winning chef's charity of choice. The event is hosted by Charlotte's Food & Beverage Social Club and the Culinary Fight Club.
Guests will participate in the food sport action during the live cooking competition by tasting samples, voting for the best dishes, and supporting their favorite chefs and charities in the process.
Chefs will have 60 minutes to prepare their greatest dish for the judges and the audience. For this Sip & Bite challenge, each chef must pair a varietal of Fresh Vine Wine with their dish and incorporate the featured ingredient, Butterball Ground Turkey.
