Tiff's Treats' co-founder Leon Chen, who delivered the cookies himself, remembers a few details about Amy, who lived at the University Towers student housing on UT Austin's campus. "She opened the door, she had blonde hair, and she was really, really nice. She thanked me for the cookies and said it was for her boyfriend, and she also tipped me $5!" said Chen.
From that first delivery in 1999 to today, Tiff's Treats has grown to 63 stores across Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and soon, Oklahoma.
