Industrial hygiene and environmental risk management consultancy acquires hazardous materials training and inspections firm.
HAYWARD, California, Aug. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc. (FACS), already the largest independent industrial hygiene consulting company in the Western USA, has acquired Hazard Management Services, Inc. (HMS), a California-based certified trainer in hazardous materials identification and management.
The acquisition will expand FACS service areas to include eleven strategically located offices and over 150 employees. It is a synergetic blending of two like-minded companies that believe in science-based decision making, ongoing education, and the importance of protecting public health.
