Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) February 05, 2014 -- Four Corners, Inc. and its companies, G-TAG® Tribal Markets and Good-Time Action® Games, announced record operating income for 2013. The company also obtained an agreement for a new senior credit facility which establishes the first major commercial lending relationship in Four Corners’ history.
Good-Time Action® Games continued its dominant position as Texas’ largest distributor of bingo games and supplies to charitable bingo operators. Four Corners companies helped Texas charities raise more than $25 million through regulated bingo operators in 2013.
Moreover, Four Corners’ companies led a fundraising effort for the West Volunteer Fire Department to help the victims of the devastating fertilizer plant explosion that crippled the small central Texas town. The company’s employees helped organize a “Bingo Night” fundraising event across the state of Texas. Held on June 1st, the “Bingo Night” raised more than $70 thousand to aid West, Texas.

More than two million dollars worth of investments and start-up capital funds provided by Four Corners’ companies was either fully repaid or generated positive returns on the investments in 2013.
Four Corners’ companies stayed at the forefront of seeking legislative and regulatory solutions that will help charitable operators. A new petition for rule-making at the Texas Lottery Commission would permit bingo players to have accounts on their card minders which would eliminate frequent trips to the cashier and offer a wider choice of games to play.
Knowles Cornwell, the Chief Operating Officer of Four Corners said, “If charitable operators could receive an additional three dollars for every bingo card minder currently in use, the proposed rule could generate approximately $36 million for Texas’ charities.”
