OVERWATCH Celebrates 3 years of growth and re-invention supporting data center clients and our transitioning veteran community.

Since its inception OVERWATCH has been committed to supporting veterans, in 2020 the OVERWATCH Veteran in Transition Apprenticeship (OVITA) was born to train and develop transitioning vets into data center roles within OVERWATCH. Not to be limited by its individual ability to hire veterans, in 2021 OVERWATCH launched Operation SPARK, expanding the concept to data center ecosystem partners and veterans transitioning out of adjacent or competing industry verticals. In 2022, the Anchors of Hope Challenge was created to increase awareness and drive greater participation in veteran recruiting and development. Through Operation Spark, OVERWATCH has impacted the lives of over 40 Transitioning Veterans.
OVERWATCH has also launched their podcast Data Center Revolution (formerly DCAC Revolution), for industry members and veterans alike. Data Center Revolution serves to provide perspective into the lives of our industry thought leaders and provide guidance to those looking to excel in the data center space and to bring awareness to the veteran community of this career opportunity upon transitioning to civilian life.
