J.D. Power Gives Window World Top Customer Satisfaction Ranking

Power Award for ranking highest in the Retail segment of the 2018 Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study. In addition to giving Window World the highest ranking in customer satisfaction among window and patio door retailers, J.D. Power also concluded that Window World performs particularly well in price.
The J.D. Power Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study, now in its 12th year, reviewed satisfaction among nearly 3,800 customers who purchased windows or patio doors within the previous 12 months. Window World received 879 points out of a possible 1,000, which is 37 points higher than the retailer average. The study measured satisfaction based on performance in four factors: installation; ordering and delivery; price; and sales staff and service.
