Long Time Regenerative Changemaker is Transitioning From The Regenerative Agriculture Alliance
Founder of Regenerative Agriculture Alliance Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin to lead new regenerative food company, Tree-Range® Farms.
NORTHFIELD, Minn., Nov. 24, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Regenerative Agriculture Alliance (RAA) announced today that founder and Co-Director Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin is stepping down to lead a new privately-held regenerative food company, Tree-Range® Farms, Inc (TRF).
The Alliance will continue to lead the advancement of the regenerative poultry ecosystem under the executive direction of Diane Beck-Christofore. Diane has a long-standing history of forging partnerships and connecting communities to local food systems.
Regenerative agriculture is critical to restoring natural ecosystems, but these sorts of outcomes will only take place if the infrastructure exists to bring regenerative products to market. RAA helps to achieve regenerative outcomes by scaling regenerative agriculture and aligning regenerative supply chains. Diane has accepted the challenge to continue building an ecosystem capable of scale without compromising social, economic, or ecological criteria:

Since graduating from Evergreen State College (Olympia, WA) where she received a BA in Food Systems Studies, Diane has pursued a career that centers on her passion for ecological stewardship, socially responsible strategies and regenerative outcomes. She augmented her education by earning an International Permaculture Design Certificate from the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies (Dutchess County, NY).
Diane applied her interdisciplinary background to positions with a Minnesota farm-table mainstay and helped organize regional food systems at scale. She also developed a responsible and sustainable sourcing infrastructure for a national healthcare group purchasing organization enabling it to connect regenerative farmers and ranchers with prescripted "food as medicine".
Diane steps into her new role at a time when the RAA has demonstrated its relevance and authority in building a food system that centers on social governance and is accountable to providing outcomes that allow the ecosystem to move closer to defined goals and objectives. The organization is in the process of finalizing details for its second annual Regenerative Poultry Convergence which is designed to gather stakeholders from the ecosystem to collectively build a regenerative food and farming future.
