Eric Melulis Joins Morgan Samuels as Senior Client Partner, Expanding Firm’s Presence in Chicago
Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) February 06, 2014 -- Leading human capital consulting firm Morgan Samuels has announced that Eric Melulis is joining the firm as a Senior Client Partner. With a focus on retained executive search, Morgan Samuels provides innovative and strategic services focused on identifying, attracting, and retaining top executive talent. Mr. Melulis specializes in senior level assignments for consumer and industrial manufacturing companies and distributors, and will serve as the firm’s subject matter expert for supply chain and operations assignments. “Eric’s nearly 20 years of experience in executive search and consulting along with his expertise in supply chain and operations make him an invaluable addition to our firm. Mr. Melulis was most recently a Partner with a global boutique search firm; prior to that, he was with executive search firms Russell Reynolds and Spencer Stuart, where he worked with a wide range of clients across the consumer and industrial sectors. His search experience includes Board, CEO, COO, division management and functional corporate officer assignments.
Prior to his career in executive search, Mr. Melulis was a Partner with Accenture’s Strategic Services Practice, where he worked with clients in consumer and industrial products, chemicals and energy to develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance. Mr. Melulis began his professional career with the Procter and Gamble Distributing Company, where he held numerous positions in operations and supply chain. His most recent assignment at P&G was a special project in support of the industry-wide Efficient Consumer Response initiative, where he worked with other large, multi-national consumer products companies in implementing industry best practices for improving value chain performance.
Mr. Melulis received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Melulis will be based out of Chicago and joins Morgan Samuels’ expanding team in that market.
