Mr. Coleman, who previously was a Senior Managing Director with Accenture, brings extensive experience in scaling organizations, making him a valuable addition to the Ntiva team.
Ntiva was seeking an external director with hands-on experience in growing businesses that have a focus on meaningful business outcomes as well as a strong commitment to social impact. Mr. Coleman fits the bill perfectly. He has been instrumental in scaling numerous organizations during his career, and his expertise will be invaluable as Ntiva continues to expand its footprint.

In addition to his Ntiva board role, Mr. Coleman currently serves as an Operating Partner at AEA Investors. Prior to joining AEA, he was a senior managing director with Accenture Chicago, where he had a wide range of consulting and leadership roles over the course of his 30+ year career. He is also an active civic and philanthropic leader in the Chicago community, including multiple board memberships, technology incubators, and the founder of the Chicago Apprentice Network.
Mr. Coleman holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and participated in Accenture's Leadership Development Program at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
