OVERWATCH Mission Critical adds Sam Persico as Chief Financial Officer
OVERWATCH Mission Critical, a strategic data center consultancy and professional services team, based in Austin, has announced that they have added Sam Persico to the OVERWATCH Tribe.
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sam will be responsible for all financial, accounting, HR functions of the company as well as lead debt and capital raise efforts amidst significant growth of the OVERWATCH platform. Sam brings 30+ years of commercial real estate experience and recently served as interim CFO for a newly constructed data center where he worked alongside of the OVERWATCH team to complete construction, initiate operations and effectuate a recapitalization of the asset. Sam's interaction with Kirk Offel and the OVERWATCH team during this period led to his hire as full-time CFO of the OVERWATCH tribe.
