Pop-Rock Artist UPSAHL Joins AmazeVR’s Concert App Line Up
LOS ANGELES, California (PRWEB) July 28, 2023 -- AmazeVR, the global leader in virtual reality (VR) concerts, has collaborated with rising alternative artist, UPSAHL, to release the official “UPSAHL VR Concert.” Available today, the VR performance invites fans to immerse themselves in the world of UPSAHL, experiencing live versions of their favorite songs, including Sagittarius EP favorite “Kickflip,” fan-favorite “Drugs,” image-positivity anthem “Into My Body,” and the goth pop hit “Last Supper.”
Breaking through the fourth wall, AmazeVR collaborates with leading musical artists to challenge their creativity and create dream-state experiences for fans. Combining live-action 3D footage of artists with interactive virtual environments, fans have the opportunity to witness their favorite live acts in a more intimate capacity than previously before.
With major highlights such as performing “Kickflip” for the very first time, UPSAHL’s AmazeVR concert brings app goers into the artist's wild discovery of her entire self - the good, the sexy, the rough, and the ugly. Through four songs and two interactive main stages, including a mysterious desert bathed in ethereal lighting and an ornate pillar stage nestled in an ancient temple, AmazeVR continues to pave the way for the next stage of music.
“To be creative, whether that's lyrically or visually, is the most important thing about being an artist,” said UPSAHL. “By combining music and virtual reality, AmazeVR is altering the boundaries of how I can connect and be creative with fans. The world of consuming entertainment is changing and I’m excited to be one of the first in the industry to be a part of the new norm.”
UPSAHL adds to the AmazeVR Concerts app calendar of fan-favorite and desired artists, including Megan Thee Stallion, Ceraadi, and Zara Larsson. AmazeVR is committed to hosting a diverse array of artists, including aespa and KAI from SM Entertainment. Just as Spotify has revolutionized the way people listen to music, AmazeVR aims to bring together a variety of artists under one virtual roof, transforming how fans experience live music.
Available for download on Meta App Lab and SteamVR, users can access one free song per artist and purchase the entire concert for one year with the exclusive launch price of $6.99. To find out more about AmazeVR, along with upcoming concerts, visit amazevr.com.
Additionally, on August 18, UPSAHL will release the third installment of THE PHX TAPES with “0 OR 100” (A SIDE) and “FBL” via Arista Records. The SIDE A/SIDE B release format pays homage to 90s-era mixtapes and illustrates the duality and range of UPSAHL. Stay up to date with UPSAHL at upsahl.com.

About UPSAHL:
Early in her career, UPSAHL released songs that gained much-deserved recognition throughout the Phoenix music scene. As a graduate of the Arizona School for the Arts, she went on to ignite a groundswell of fan adoration and tastemaker praise by way of numerous indie alternative gems. “Can You Hear Me Now” achieved a palpable viral buzz followed by the widely praised single “Drugs,” which has been used in nearly two million TikTok videos, reaching #6 on the Viral Chart and the #1 Sound on the Trends Chart. 2020 was a standout year where UPSAHL released her second EP Young Life Crisis, which Billboard crowned as one of the Top 25 Pop albums of the year. UPSAHL undertook her first co-write on “Good in Bed'' for Dua Lipa’s GRAMMY Award-winning blockbuster, Future Nostalgia. She’s since lent her pen to Madison Beer, Mike Shinoda, Alan Walker, Anne-Marie and Little Mix, and notably co-wrote three songs on Renee Rapp’s latest EP Everything To Everyone to name a few. Most recently, UPSAHL joined forces with GAYLE on her track “e-z,” was featured on the star-studded film Bullet Train soundtrack, with the song “My Time to Shine, and was featured on NGHTMRE’s single “ATMOSPHERE” from debut DRMVRSE.
In the fall of 2021, UPSAHL released her debut album Lady Jesus, anointing the singer as one of People Magazine’s “Talented Emerging Artists Making Their Mark in 2022” and “a musical force to be reckoned with” (Nylon). It was followed by the powerful statement-making “Monica Lewinsky,” a feminist anthem, in addition to “Antsy,” and “Into My Body” off her star-sign inspired EP Sagittarius. The EP provides an introspective glimpse into her fiery persona and pays homage to her sign. The project follows on the heels of UPSAHL’s highly successful debut headline tour, where she sold out venues across the US, and then continued on an expansive international tour, which included Australia, the UK, and Europe. She will take the new songs to the stage, during her upcoming additional U.S. dates and Tove Lo supporting shows. Her high-octane performance style has also earned her spots on major festival lineups, including Lollapalooza, and tour support for acts including Olivia O’Brien, Fletcher, Yungblud, PVRIS, BROODS, and K. Flay.
