"I'm excited to speak at the Population Health Alliance's annual gathering of leading decision makers at such an important moment for population health. After countless pilots, and a decade of scaled value-based care in Medicare, it's clear what works - giving primary care accountability for the total cost and quality of care. Our challenge for the next decade is to truly extend the success of accountable care to commercial and Medicaid populations, and to leverage an ecosystem that extends beyond primary care to specialists, hospitals, and community-based organizations" said Dr. Mostashari.
There has never been a more important time to lead innovation in population health strategy, technology, payment models, community-based care delivery, and social care and health equity. When you attend PHA's Innovation Summit, you'll have the opportunity to network and participate with leading experts from across the healthcare ecosystem in an intimate setting to address these important issues.
