Cordon Daley selected as Reinvestment Fund's Chief of DEI
PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Reinvestment Fund announced that Cordon Daley is its newly appointed Chief Diversity Officer at Reinvestment Fund. Over the last 2 years, Reinvestment Fund has been on a journey to operationalize racial equity and enact sustainable change across its work and culture. The creation of the Chief Diversity Officer role is central to our overall business strategy, which aims to cultivate an environment where Race, Equity and Inclusion (REI) is integrated into all aspects of business operations. Cordon will report to the CEO, Don Hinkle-Brown, and lead the organization's REI efforts to elevate the organization's mission both internally and externally.

Cordon celebrates a REI career that spans more than two decades. Prior to Reinvestment Fund he served as an Active-Duty Navy Diversity Officer, Multicultural Affairs Officer, Behavioral Health Officer, and Equal Opportunity Program Manager.

Throughout his career he has led organizations through many significant organizational climate surveys and established a track record of improving employee engagement, overhauling systems to improve operational efficiency, and building pilot programs aimed at improving job satisfaction and business performance. Cordon credits his professional successes to maintaining a consistent lens of curiosity and thinking outside of the box to create solutions-focused wins.
Cordon earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health from Rutgers University and Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. He holds advanced credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work.
