Sheryl Moore, Chair of the SAFE Board of Directors, noted, "Bob is a long-time annuity advocate with a passion for the annuity industry. His reputation as a proven leader, coupled with his industry experience, make him the right person to direct SAFE to success." Mr. Phillips has served the life insurance and annuity industries for more than 25 years. He has spent more than a decade building and leading independent marketing organizations and life brokerage groups in addition to holding executive positions in marketing and distribution in a variety of channels for both investment and insurance markets, and served as a FINRA arbitrator. Phillips past experience building products, developing distribution channels, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions will be integral to the growth of SAFE. Phillips' past nonprofit experience includes proudly serving as the Chairman of the Board for the National Association for Fixed Annuities.
