The newly released tablet enclosure offers the same functionality as the original Universal mEnclosure, with the added benefit of being specifically designed for smaller devices.

With expanding arms and VESA mounting, the Universal Mini mEnclosure easily and securely holds devices ranging in size from 136(W) x 121(H) x 8(D) mm to 216(W) x 165(H) x 8(D) mm including Android, iOS, and Windows tablets. The enclosure is also designed to work with all industry stands and mounts using 75mm/100mm VESA mounting, as well as the Star-exclusive line of versatile mUnite tablet stands.

Just like the original Universal mEnclosure, the Mini features locking arms and a single-key design to ensure the tablet is secure and prevents theft. The tablet can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and when paired with a mUnite stand, the cashier can easily flip the tablet for customer use. The enclosure's glossy black or clean white finishes add a professional touch to match existing POS systems, while a smooth felt layer helps prevent the back of the tablet from being scratched.
