Talent and organizational effectiveness firm strenghtens and expands team

In her new role, Douglas will work directly with the Summit clients providing expertise around talent assessment, leadership development, group faciliatation and other areas related to organizational performance. She will work alongside Summit's team of consultants while also leading large-scale and complex projects.

She joins Summit from Deloitte, where she held a senior consultant poisiton in the Human Capital Organization Transformation practice, specializing in change management. She has also held positions at Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal and an advertising technology startup.
