Taymar Signs Queen City Soccer Club As First Pro Sports Client
Taymar Founder/CEO Mark Dyer and Queen City Soccer Club President/COO Tim Schuldt today announced a new multiyear agreement for Dyer's company to recruit and manage a ticket sales and operations team for the organization's professional and amateur sports activities in Charlotte.
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 17, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Taymar Founder/CEO Mark Dyer and Queen City Soccer Club President/COO Tim Schuldt today announced a new multiyear agreement for Dyer's company to recruit and manage a ticket sales and operations team for the organization's professional and amateur sports activities in Charlotte.
Known as Taymar Sales U., the fastest-growing company in the college sports world, Dyer's company will operate as Taymar Sales Pro in its first contract with a pro sports operation. Queen City's USL League One men's team, the Charlotte Independence, and the organization's USL-W team of the same name, play at Charlotte's Memorial Stadium.
"We decided to do this because it helps our core college sports business," said Dyer. "Our senior management team was unanimous in believing this was a good move for our company, and we couldn't have picked a better client to work for in Queen City Soccer Club, Tim and the club's ownership group.

Dyer was on the senior management team at NASCAR and ran the organization's Charlotte division from 2002-2007. During that time, he pioneered the creation of the NASCAR Hall of Fame with the city of Charlotte.
