About the Author: In 1991, Robert Kahn became a deputy sheriff and a D.A.R.E. instructor. While teaching D.A.R.E., he perfected an effective method to foil abductions he calls TOO SAFE FOR STRANGERS. His first book, by the same subtitle and for children, is based on his successful safety program. The author grew up in Reno, Nevada.
