Zia Consulting Launches ZiaOne LAS™

ZiaOne LAS provides document automation solutions for companies across the mortgage industry, offering secure processing of all documents from any source in any form of any type, from borrower supporting documents to closing documents. ZiaOne LAS integrates with a mortgage company’s current LOS rather than replacing it, reducing implementation costs and barriers to entry.

Providing a secure customer document repository and then intelligent capture for classification and extraction of customer data, the ZiaOne LAS can significantly reduce processing costs per mortgage.
Zia’s ACE (Advanced Closing Extraction) Product is included with the ZiaOne LAS to automate the processing of closing documents. ACE is a product Zia co-developed with a major mortgage company for the classification and extraction of common closing documents such as HUD-1, GFE, TIL, and even standard state documents. Utilizing a “pre-trained” version of a Ephesoft’s Intelligent Document Capture technology, ACE has been tested against a significant number of documents with substantial accuracy.
Advanced business intelligence and reporting capabilities are also featured as a service with Zia’s OneView for End-to-End Analytics. This tool provides users improved visibility into the entire loan process--enhancing compliance and control.
