Weekly National Arts Television Series Receives Multiple Accolades in 2019

The weekly national public television series Articulate with Jim Cotter has garnered nine Telly Awards. The program, distributed by American Public Television, received nine awards. With a record-shattering number of entries, this year’s Telly Award entrants represented the most innovative video and television made for all screens. On the air since 2015, Articulate is now shown in most of the top 50 US markets. Viewers can watch all four seasons at http://www.articulateshow.org.

Season 5 begins in fall 2019, with renowned guests including award winning author Jonathan Safran Foer, iconic illustrator Ralph Steadman, and pop singers Lily Allen, Esperanza Spalding, Rhiannon Giddens, and Nick Lowe, to name just a few.

Articulate invites viewers to engage with the unfamiliar and discover new experiences. Each 30-minute episode consists of one to four segments.

Articulate with Jim Cotter is presented by WHYY, distributed by American Public Television, and is made possible by generous funding from the Neubauer Family Foundation. The show is produced by the educational nonprofit The Articulate Foundation.
