Tachi-Con, scheduled for October 24, 2026, marks Tachi Palace Casino Resort's first Collectors Expo, arriving as the global collectibles market climbs from $335.7 billion to a projected $535.5 billion by 2033.
LEMOORE, Calif., Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The global collectibles market is projected to grow from $335.7 billion in 2026 to an estimated $535.5 billion by 2033. That 6.9% compound annual growth rate reflects momentum across high-interest categories, such as vintage toys, trading cards and investment-grade memorabilia.
In response to this increasing demand, Tachi-Con, a new Collectors Expo and the first of its kind at Tachi Palace Casino Resort, is giving sports card, memorabilia and pop-culture collectors in Central California a dedicated marketplace inside the property's Yokut Hall. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026.
What Does Tachi-Con Include at Tachi Palace?
Attendees moving through the show floor will pass five distinct collecting zones, each centered on a different niche. There is one for trading cards, another for memorabilia, plus dedicated space for sneakers, apparel and pop culture finds. Tickets are available through the Casino Cash Cage, the hotel gift shop, by phone or online. They break into two tiers:
- VIP admission: A $35 ticket grants entry at 10 a.m., two hours ahead of the general public, and includes a collector's badge, lanyard and wristband, a $25 Coyote Entertainment Center gift card and exclusive event merchandise.
- General admission: A $15 ticket opens doors at noon, and young attendees aged 12 and younger get in at no cost. Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
What Makes Tachi Palace a Fitting Host for Tachi-Con?
Tachi Palace positions itself as a no-resort-fee alternative to a Las Vegas-style getaway, located along multiple major highways across California's Central Valley, making it a practical site for a regional collector event.
Beyond Yokut Hall, the property's multilevel slot floor, hotel accommodations, outdoor pool and massage services give attendees options for a full day or an overnight stay. Dining options and $5 and $10 whiskey pours give collectors a place to unwind between show-floor browsing.
The Coyote Entertainment Center is a short walk from the casino floor for attendees looking to extend their visit, and private event spaces can accommodate gatherings of 10-260 people for groups planning an outing around the Collectors Expo.
