A New Restaurant and Bar, Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps, Opens in Downtown Denver

Located in the heart of the Mile High City, on the corner of 14th and California, Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps' historic location is the site where St. Mary's Academy once stood in 1864. It is also adjacent to the Colorado Convention Center and steps to the Denver Theater District.

This innovative restaurant and bar gives a nod to the bond shared between food and spirits. Partnering with a respected community of local ranchers, farmers, distillers, vineyards and brewers, Former Saint tempts with unpretentious yet adventuresome flavors.

Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps features a glass-enclosed keg room, crowned with copper piping that draws Colorado craft beers to its center, focal-point bar that is highlighted by a 16-foot locally-inspired mural, saturated in color and created by renowned Denver artist Pat Milbery. The décor and the fare together make a statement that this is where Denver urban meets Colorado wild. House smoked meats, prime cuts, the freshest produce and artisanal breads are featured along with an offering of appetizers, robust burgers, curated sandwiches and masterful main courses.
