The purchase includes hybrid battery cores, modules, and related equipment needed for the repair, reconditioning, and remanufacturing of batteries used in hybrid-electric vehicles.
PHOENIXVILLE, Pa., Dec. 21, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A3 Global, a next-generation company focused on the future of mobility in the circular economy, announced today that it has completed the purchase of hybrid vehicle battery assets from CARDONE Industries. The purchase includes hybrid battery cores, modules, and related equipment needed for the repair, reconditioning, and remanufacturing of batteries used in hybrid-electric vehicles.
"Each year, thousands of hybrid-electric vehicles enter the aftermarket repair phase, where consumers often have limited options to service or replace their batteries. A3 Global recently opened its hybrid and electric vehicle battery remanufacturing Center of Excellence in Phoenixville, PA, and A3 Global plans to open similar servicing centers in Atlanta, GA, Crown Point, IN, and Dubai, UAE, in early 2023.
