Inspirational New Book Shows How God Intervened in Family’s Life
Highland Village, TX (PRWEB) August 15, 2013 -- Aaron C. Rhodes tells an incredible story of overcoming unbelievable odds with the power of God’s grace in his touching new memoir, “He's My Son: From the Road to Glory” (published by WestBow Press).
In 2001, Rhodes helped his 6-year-old son, Landyn, cross the street. He was holding his son’s hand, helping him cross a street in a school zone, when he and Landyn were struck by a vehicle. All of Landyn’s physicians gave him little to no chance of survival, but the brave young boy pulled through, and “the only way he survived was due to God’s grace,” Rhodes says.
“During the ordeal, all we had to rely on was God,” Rhodes explains. “My wife, Teresa, and I constantly pored over Scripture and held constant prayer vigils asking for his healing. I want to help spread hope to our world that God is still here and cares about us. The relationship we have with God is offered to all people. Our world needs a positive message of hope and love so we want this story to be told.”
