Abadak Announces Grand Toro Kennels Will Breed Mascots for Abadak's New Clothing Company
Georgetown, TX (PRWEB) June 12, 2015 -- What do a group of MMA enthusiasts do when they start a clothing line with a pit bull theme? They start a kennel to breed the mascots of the brand, of course. Michael Stein, the CEO of Abadak™ Inc., has been a fight fan and pit bull enthusiast his whole life. The same day he moved out of his parents' house he purchased a pit bull and has owned them ever since. Years later when Michael was watching a UFC fight with a few of his employees, they thought it would be a great idea to start a clothing line that was tailored towards MMA and pit bull enthusiasts. Michael went to work on the clothing line and his employees Joe and Mario began to manage the kennels.
The selection of dogs to breed took months. The theory was if they are going to make a clothing line inspired by champions then the dogs should be the best in the world as well. One male puppy was purchased from the largest pit bull in the world. Another puppy was purchased from the highest purple ribbon grand champion in the world. A pick from a litter of one of these dogs can range from $3000-$25,000. The two main types of bully breed of dogs that they breed are American bullies and XXL pit bulls.
At the same time the company encourages customers to get dogs from your local animal shelter if they are not seriously seeking something as specialized. Fund raising events are also scheduled to support the ASPCA.
Michael Stein says, "We thought it would be important to have a clothing line with an edge and niche. Many MMA enthusiasts love pit bulls and we thought the marriage was a no-brainer".
Grand Toro™ kennel's first litter is due November 2015.
They plan to promote the kennel through the clothing line, social networking, sporting events and MMA events like UFC and Bellator. For more information please visit GrandToro.com, GrandToroKennels.com and Abadak.com
