Abel Communications is charged with developing and executing a comprehensive media and public relations program to build awareness for the 48-unit project, located in Rockville, Md.
With The Stories, Federal Realty and strategic partner Smart Living 360 are addressing a gap in the living options offered to today’s older adults. Building on its key principles of connection, access and simplicity, The Stories will offer modern, amenity-rich apartments intended to inspire and empower residents to “write their next chapter.”
